Dronisos robotic systems powers the brand-new Disney Cascade of Lights show at Disneyland Paris
March 30, 2026 - Bordeaux, France - With the debut of the Disney Cascade of Lights nighttime show at Disneyland Paris, Dronisos confirms its position as the first technology partner for global entertainment leaders. Beyond its drone offer, the company deploys here a complete robotic system, designed to orchestrate a 360° immersive nocturnal experience, bringing magic closer to the audience and at low altitude.
To address Disneyland Paris’s core requirements for proximity, immersion, and safety, Dronisos developed an integrated solution. This ecosystem synchronizes aerial and aquatic robotic platforms with proprietary coordination and security software, all managed via a single, unified command interface.
This milestone is the latest achievement in the technological partnership established since 2022 with Disneyland Paris.
With xLabs, Dronisos designs the entertainment robotic solutions of tomorrow
For the first time in the world, a nighttime show now features a diverse, multi-platform robotic fleet, fully programmed, secured, and monitored through a centralized interface.
This advancement illustrates Dronisos’ expertise not only in the deployment of drone light shows, but in the design of complete robotics systems for high-stakes environments where emotional impact is essential.
Through xLabs, its laboratory dedicated to the development of robotic solutions for theme parks, Dronisos ideates and builds the next generation of entertainment technology.
For Disney Cascade of Lights, Dronisos engineered a new aquatic product, as well as the associated production and simulation workflows. The company reveals USVs (Unmanned Surface Vehicles) equipped with lighting and pyrotechnics.

A French company that masters the entire value chain
As an international firm with a historical grounding in France, Dronisos has always been able to rely on the innovation capacity of its French teams for the research and development of its solutions, and on recognized French technical partners.
For this project, the company collaborated with Odas Solutions to develop custom hulls for its aquatic drones.
By centralizing diverse expertise within a single architecture, Dronisos stands out for its ability to design and deploy complete systems: from the robotic platform and software layers to real-world operational execution.

Dronisos, the technological partner of entertainment giants
This long-standing partnership with Disneyland Paris underscores Dronisos’ ability to support theme parks over the long term, whether for one-off events or daily resident installations.
From ground rovers to aquatic platforms, and from aerial drone fleets to flight control software, Dronisos develops integrated robotic solutions that meet the industry’s highest standards of reliability, operation, and safety.
This approach cements Dronisos as a trusted partner for entertainment giants, capable of transforming a creative ambition into an operational, durable, and spectacular technological system.
“Dronisos understands our creative needs as we push forward and continue to innovate and push the limits of our imagination. They are great partners helping us make the impossible possible.” says Ben Spalding, Producer at Disneyland Paris.
As the public prepares to discover a new kind of nighttime show at Disney Adventure World, Dronisos is already designing the technologies that will shape the immersive experiences of tomorrow.
