F.A.Q.s

What is the lead time needed to deliver a drone show?

For optimal results, we recommend an ideal preparation time of approximately 2 months (8 weeks).

This timeframe allows us to smoothly manage all key stages of your project: from the artistic conception of the 3D choreography and validation of simulations, to real-world flight testing on our private airbase.

Can a drone show be organized on short notice?

Yes. Dronisos is fully capable of deploying spectacular shows on much shorter notice. This is especially feasible if you select a performance from our catalog of pre-designed, ready-to-fly shows, or if the airspace authorizations for the location are straightforward.

What factors can extend this lead time? The delivery timeline depends primarily on three administrative and logistical factors:

  1. Flight permits: Depending on the country and the specific zone (proximity to airports, urban areas), obtaining clearances from civil aviation authorities can take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks.
  2. Logistics and transport: Transporting heavy equipment and lithium batteries via international air freight requires incompressible transit and customs delays.
  3. Bespoke creation: Developing a unique storyboard and a fully customized 3D animation synchronized with an original soundtrack requires a collaborative process of creative iterations.
